Lonnie Weiss - With over twenty-five years of experience, Lonnie is a masterful designer and facilitator of policy development initiatives, strategic planning processes, and collaborative working sessions.  She specializes in complex planning and policy situations that span multiple sectors and professions.  She works at local, state, regional and national levels with not-for-profit organizations, governmental agencies and private industry. Lonnie works with clients to deliver customized planning and tailored designs for every project.  A Certified Professional Facilitator she guides groups to success and agreement drawing upon her knowledge of the principles and methods of group dynamics, strategic planning, adult learning, Appreciative Inquiry and collaborative practices in her work. Lonnie holds an M.A. in organizational communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.S. in developmental psychology from Cornell University. 

Nancy Aaronson - Nancy has consulted to education, healthcare, business, and community organizations since 1980.  She has developed and applied innovated collaborative processes for managing change, has extensive experience designing and facilitating large-scale change efforts, and supports and coaches leaders.  Nancy contributed six chapters to “Future Search in School District Change” and co-developed the Collaboration Imperative seminar.

IMAGE   Tony Silbert, M.S.O.D. - Tony has over 18 years of experience in organizational development, change leadership consulting, training design and delivery. His areas of expertise include Appreciative Inquiry for large-scale change, team development, strategic planning, and organization design. He earned his Master of Science degree in organization development from American University/NTL Institute. He is a co-owner of Appreciative Inquiry Consulting and is a faculty member of National Training Laboratories (NTL). Tony is a sought after keynote speaker and has been a guest lecturer at George Washington University. He has led numerous training sessions on positive approaches to planning and change. His extensive portfolio of clients spans the globe in such sectors as: insurance, information technology, telecommunications, financial services, health care, and international development, governmental and not for profit organizations.

Janet G. Davis - Janet has been consulting for over 19 years in the area of inter-group relations and diversity. She specializes in developing experiential training programs that increase competency articulating issues of differences relating to race or ethnicity, gender, class and more.  Janet’s specific areas of expertise include: Inter-group relations/models of cultural competency; organization development; organizational diagnosis and assessment; human resource audits; executive coaching and group facilitation; leadership and staff development and training. Janet serves clients in the following sectors: pharmaceutical, healthcare, financial services institutions, communications, and gender-focused organizations. Janet has also worked with not-for-profit community organizations and educational institutions.

Deborah Wehrlen - A former director of the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities, Deborah Wehrlen provides consulting services to agencies serving persons with developmental disabilities. Presently a principle of the Pennhurst Group, the hallmark of Deborah’s expertise is her ability to build sustainable consensus in designing and implementing organizational and system change. The depth of Deborah’s expertise extends to her twenty years of service with the Arc of Monmouth, one of the largest agencies in New Jersey providing services to people with disabilities and their families. During her tenure as the executive director of the Arc of Monmouth and director of the Division of Developmental Disabilities, Deborah developed a reputation for innovation and capacity building in providing services to people with disabilities. Deborah’s strengths are: strategic planning, systemic organizational change, program planning, streamlining and reorganizing service delivery systems, and developing housing options and services for special needs populations.

Claire Mahon - With nearly thirty years of service with the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), Claire Mahon now is a provides consulting services to the not for profit provider agencies serving special needs populations. After retiring from the NJ DDD Claire became the Executive Vice President of one of the largest providers of developmental disabilities and mental services in New York. Throughout her career and now as a consultant with the Pennhurst Group, Claire is one of the premier ‘go to’ people for expert assistance in the areas of program development and service delivery systems for special needs populations.
